m.blade | I have been told I have an unaspected sun in my chart.. I'm wondering - what would an unaspected sun say about someone, and do minor aspects count? I have Sun sesqui quadrate Pluto and I'm told this is a relatively minor aspect and won't change much. |
CAY_512 | The one person I know who has this, had a rocky relationship with their father. He left early in their life. He wasn't around. |
violet7887 | I would like to say that, very simply put, it makes you very original in some way or the other.Possibly highly creative, innovative or a pioneer in some way. The downfall to this, at least for me, is that I can also find it highly difficult to do things I do not have any ambition for. And imo, an unaspected planet is a stronger planet. I also have an unaspected sun. also contrary to what the person above has said, I believe my father has had a very good role in my upbringing. If that even has anything to do with it :/ |
Jazabel | Hillary Clinton has one. Very determined and hardworking people. Unaspected Suns have no boundaries so the native would never be pleased with their achievments and always will strive for more and greater horizons. They never really get to fully shine, however. There will always be someone else to steal the spotlight. (obama and hillary comes to mind) |

Like I said, it is just one person I know who has this. The reason I said that is because I have read other forums in the past where people have said this as well. And everything I have read in astrology says the Sun represents the father but I only know one person with this and their father wasn't around. Doesn’t mean it works for everyone or at all. Don't take offence to this. I am just here to interact and learn.

Yes, I guess you could say having a broad perspective or being broad-minded is a part of it.

m.blade | if we're talking about relationships with my dad - then well yeah it is a bit bumpy - we argue alot but we still are good with each other if sun is confidence and going out there then i'll say that I DO have confidence. I literally, if i am doing a performance, ill go out there and have fun but if i am meeting new people (like friends of my friends) then I am like really closed idk if this as anything to do with it.. but sounds interesting i never would think that an unaspected planet matters EVEN more |
depth | i don't see your sun as unaspected. there's a wide sextile to saturn. if one's to determine whether a planet is truly unaspected or not, a wide orbit should be allowed. Furthermore, the orbit assigned to the luminaries is 8 degrees, a moiety of 16 degrees. |
